After 12+ hours of rain there came some rays of sunshine to McGee Creek:

The guard at the edge of the bridge seemed to fit into the end-of-summer colours.

It is still raining - again - here in Oro Medonte/Spanish plains

Very dull day. So here are some shots from a couple of days ago to brighten the spirit. I like clouds and lighting. Some of the shots are from Scout Valley which has not featured too often recently - will try to do better.

New Years Day - X-country skiing

Hope everyone is well and out enjoying January 1, 2015.

It seems there is always a wind here, windchill like(?) -15C from 45kmh breezes. Still(?) I went out for the first ski this afternoon and the lighting was great:

The ice is really smooth - good for skating and hockey:
