I found the time, 22;27 or so for the Moon to occult Mars:
On this occasion, the occultation will be visible from Orillia. It
will begin with the disappearance of Mars behind the Moon at 22:27 ESTin
the south-eastern sky at an altitude of 61.8 degrees. Its reappearance
will be visible at 23:22 ESTat an altitude of 68.4 degrees.

What this does say is that Orillia will be occulted by cloud at the same time and duration.
